First Early Design Guidance meeting for 9731 Greenwood Ave. N. development is Dec. 19

The empty building at 9731 Greenwood Ave. N. will be demolished to make way for a four-story building with 48 residential units, six live-work units and parking for 40 vehicles below grade.

The first Early Design Guidance meeting for the project will be at 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
