Please be extra careful walking, biking or driving around the neighborhood tonight as thousands of children (and their parents) will be out trick or treating. There is no designated time, but in years past it seems to start around 6 (sometimes earlier for very little ones) and last until 8:30 or 9.
7th Avenue NW will be closed from NW 70th to NW 73rd streets for an official Seattle Department of Transportation “Play Street.” Anyone else closing off their street?
