Union Gospel Mission is partnering with Emmanuel Bible Church at 503 N. 50th St. to open a winter men’s shelter.
The shelter will be open nightly from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for up to 20 men. It will operate from Nov. 1 through April 30.
The shelter is looking for donations of blankets and meals. Call 206-434-2257 to donate or for more information.
