Luso Food & Wine, 8218 Greenwood Ave. N., will reopen next week after a four- week closure for the owner’s vacation. Fatima Hemmons tells me the restaurant and shop will reopen on Wednesday, Aug. 17.
Luso is now open for lunch. Hours are 12-9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 1-4 p.m. Sundays for a Portuguese lunch. Wine tasting is from 4-6 p.m. Wednesdays. Thursdays are Brazil night with Brazilian music and food. Friday features Portuguese music and food.
