The NW Design Review Board will provide its recommendations on design of the project proposed for 8820 Aurora Ave. N. at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 15, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
The developers plan a five-story building with 4,524 square feet of warehouse space, 5,246 square feet of office space and 27 small efficiency dwelling units, with surface parking for three vehicles.
