Just a reminder that the Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Phinney Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N., to discuss the city’s Design Review program, two major housing developments, and city housing policies.
On the agenda:
- Update on the city’s Design Review process
- Development permits status, including 7009 Greenwood Ave. N. and 6726 Greenwood Ave. N.
- Discussion of the city’s Housing Affordability Livability Agenda and policies on backyard cottages.
The PRCC also is seeking board nominations for its May 3 Annual Election. Responsibilities include attending council meetings on the first Tuesday of each month. Board members must live or own property or a business between Aurora Avenue North and 8th Avenue NW and North 46th Street and North 75th Street.
