Early Design Guidance meeting for 10540 Greenwood Ave. N. development is April 18

The buildings currently at 10540 Greenwood Ave. N. will be demolished to make way for a four-story building with 54 residential units above 1,500 square feet of commercial space, with parking for 36 vehicles.

The city will hold an Early Design Guidance meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 18, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room. A design proposal is not yet available.
