Appeal withdrawn on environmental determination of non-significance for 714 N. 95th St. congregate residence project

The Department of Planning and Development announced today that an appeal of its environmental determination of non-significance for a proposed building with 41 congregate residences  at 714 N. 95th St. has been withdrawnThe appeal hearing had been scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, but is now canceled.

The building, which would replace a large single-family home, will have no parking.
