Burglars broke into Couth Buzzard Books at 8310 Greenwood Ave. N. sometime between 10 p.m. Sunday night and 5:45 a.m. this morning. Owner Theo Dzielak says they broke the front door’s window to get in and stole about $950 in cash. No books were stolen.

Dzielak says the theft is very hard for his small, independent business.
