Appeal challenging environmental determination of microhousing project at 714 N. 95th St.

An appeal has been filed challenging the Department of Planning and Developmentā€™s environmental determination of non-significance for a proposed building with 41 congregate residences (several bedrooms surrounding a common kitchen/living area) at 714 N. 95th St. The building, which would replace a large single-family home, would have no parking.

The Hearing Examiner will hear the appeal at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, at Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Ave., in Room 4009. The appeals hearing is open to the public.
