Steven Cole Salon will provide free haircuts for the homeless from 2-4 p.m. Thursday at 309 N. 84th St. in Greenwood.
The event is for people living on the streets. Urban Hands, the non-profit arm of The Upper Crust Catering, just a block away from the salon, is organizing the event and getting the word out to potential clients.
