Here’s what’s happening in and around the neighborhood this weekend. Check our Events calendar any time for more.

It’s the final Phinney Farmers Market of the season, from 3-7 p.m. at the Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N. Stock up on fresh veggies, fruit, flowers, honey, bread, pasta, chocolates and more. Plus, take part in the Seed Homecoming – bring seeds to share with others and take seeds home for your garden.

It’s opening weekend of “Dracula” at Taproot Theatre, 204 N. 85th St.

Bite of Broadview at Christ the King Parish School, 415 N. 117th St., with a carnival, car show and marketplace, is from 4-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday. NE 117th Street will be closed from Phinney Avenue North to Dayton Avenue North.

Couth Buzzard Books, 8310 Greenwood Ave. N., hosts W. Bruce Reid and Mark Graham — Ancient Jazz at 7:30 p.m. Friday; Little Sara and the Night Owls in concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday; and Open Jazz Jam with Kenny Mandell at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Seattle Folklore Society presents Run Boy Run at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the PNA in the Brick Building. Tickets in advance are $18 general, $16 SFS/PNA members and seniors; kids half price (all tickets are $2 more at the door).

Existing comfortably in the tension between tradition and the musical frontier, Tucson five-piece Run Boy Run blends bluegrass, folk, and the old-timey American vernacular with touches of classical and turn-of-the-century details. Their new album, “Something to Someone,” released last October on Sky Island Records, has been praised by Performer Magazine, All Music Guide, PopMatters, The Guardian, and others. The album was recorded at historic Bear Creek Studios in Woodinville, WA, with producers Ryan Hadlock and Jerry Streeter (The Lumineers, Brandi Carlile, Elephant Revival), whose attention to detail shines in Run Boy Run’s multi-voiced and multi-stringed arrangements. It’s no surprise that the band counts Garrison Keillor of NPR’s “A Prairie Home Companion” and renowned Irish fiddler Kevin Burke among their growing legion of fans.
