PNA Village looking for volunteer coordinator/AmeriCorps employee to start this fall

The Phinney Neighborhood Association Village is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator & Fall Prevention Lead-AmeriCorps employee to start on Sept. 1 through July 15, 2016.

The Volunteer Coordinator, based at our site in North Seattle, engages a variety of community volunteers who contribute their time and talent to provide services to members in our Village. As the Fall Prevention Lead, you will be responsible for research, attending and completing Matter of Balance (MOB) certification training, delivery of classes to members, and assessing the efficacy of MOB classes.
The PNA Village, a program of the PNA, is an aging- in-community membership program. The PNA Village provides support, expertise, and services to members who want to have the practical means and confidence to live safely and comfortably in their own homes and neighborhoods.

Compensation includes a $1,195 monthly stipend, health insurance coverage, bus pass and $5,730 education award at completion.
