A PBS crew will be at A la Mode Pies’ Phinney Ridge café on Thursday morning, filming a documentary on the Best Pie Shops in America. A la Mode is hoping the café will be packed at 8 a.m. with folks ordering a slice of pie and willing to share their thoughts about what makes their pie exceptionally yummy.
