Free ‘Hoot for the Hood’ neighbor appreciation party at the zoo next Friday

Woodland Park Zoo is hosting its annual Hoot for the Hood neighbor appreciation party from 6:30-8 p.m. next Friday, June 27. It’s a way for the zoo to celebrate neighbors from Phinney to Green Lake, Fremont and Wallingford. Admission and parking are both free.

The zoo will provide ice cream and other treats, face painting, crafts for the kids, animal encounters, plus meet the zoo’s new cheetahs. Enter through the zoo’s West Entrance.
