Chaco Canyon Organic Café is taking over the former Cobblestone Furniture space at 8408 Greenwood Ave. N. The restaurant currently has locations in the University District and West Seattle. They’re running a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the new Greenwood location, which also will provide them with catering and wholesale space. (Their Kickstarter site won’t be live until later this week.)
They’re having a Kickstarter kickoff party from 6-8 p.m. this Friday at the Greenwood location with free food and drinks, music, games and prizes, and you can meet members of their partner farms.
They tell me they’re hoping for a fall opening, likely in October.
