I followed him up Fremont from 80th (he crossed against traffic and was miraculously fine) to 84th and back down Linden toward 80th again. He wouldn’t let me get close enough to grab him, unfortunately, and I lost sight of him as he ran back south toward 80th. He (or possibly she?) seemed on the older side.
