Pancake breakfast, story time and lots of live music in Greenwood-Phinney this weekend

Lots of live music in the neighborhood this weekend, plus a pancake breakfast, school open house and sensory story time. Here are a few highlights; check our Events calendar any time for more.
The Phinney Neighborhood Association Home Remodel Fair is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at 6532 Phinney Ave. N., in the Blue Building. Cost is $4 for PNA member, $6 general; children 12 and under are admitted free. Meet contractors, interior designers, landscapers and others ready to help with your remodel.
Seattle Folklore Society presents Northwest Fiddlers Showcase hosted by Stuart Williams and featuring Gary Lee Moore, Jeff Anderson, Jamie Fox, Ramon Selby, Hank Bradley and Paul Anastasio at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, at the PNA in the Brick Building. Cost is $18, $16 SFS/PNA members and seniors; kids half-price. Tickets in advance online or call 1-800-838-3006.
Sensory Story Time at Greenwood Library at 10:15 a.m. Saturday. It’s designed for children age 10 and under who are on the autism spectrum or are sensitive to sensory overload. The story time librarian will use preschool-level books, songs and movement during the 30-minute session.
Phinney Neighborhood Association annual meeting and pancake breakfast from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Brick Building, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.
Empty Sea Studios, 6300 Phinney Ave. N., presents Rio Con Brio at 8 p.m. Friday.; Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys at 8 p.m. Saturday (update: Saturday’s concert is sold out); and Namoli Brennet at 7 p.m. Sunday.
6th Annual Beatles Sing-Along Benefit for Elizabeth Gregory Home from 7:30-10 p.m. Saturday at St. John the Evangelist’s Egan Hall, 123 N. 79th St.
Couth Buzzard Books, 8310 Greenwood Ave. N., presents Threshold Playback Theater — Holding On and Letting Go at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and Pint & Dale — Music of the Seven Seas at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
Christ the King Catholic School, 415 N. 117th St., is hosting an open house from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday, and a preschool/kindergarten information night from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
