Update: Rebecca says dog and owner have been reunited.

Earlier: Rebecca tells us she found a female dog this afternoon running down 13th Avenue NW near NW 80th Street. She is not micro-chipped. If you who she belongs to, please call Rebecca at 206-778-7494.
