Body Fat Test will have its truck parked in front of CrossFit Phinney Ridge, 7601 Greenwood Ave. N, Ste. 100, from 5-11 a.m. this Friday for hydrostatic body composition testing. Appointments last about 10 minutes and are open to anyone who’s interested. Body Fat Test also conducts bone mineral density tests. Each test costs $49, or $88 for both.
Participants should wear a bathing suit and bring a towel. You’ll completely submerge for about seven seconds in a warm tub of filtered water.
