Reminder: 85th Street eastbound closed between 3rd and Greenwood avenues today & tomorrow

Just a reminder that Seattle Department of Transportation has closed all eastbound lanes of 85th Street between 3rd Avenue NW and Greenwood Avenue North to replace a concrete panel at Palatine Avenue. The closure started at 9 a.m. today and will last until sometime Wednesday evening.

One westbound lane remains open.

Eastbound Metro buses will be rerouted. The 48 Express will travel via NW 90th Street, 2nd Avenue NW, NW 92nd Street, 1st Avenue NW, NW 90th Street and Greenwood Avenue North to its regular route, using all posted bus stops along the revised routing. (The westbound 48 Express is not affected.)

The 48 local will travel via 3rd Avenue NW, NW 90th Street, Greenwood Avenue North and North 85th Street to its regular route, using all posted bus stops along the revised routing. (Westbound 48 local is not affected.)

Southbound Route 5 Express towards downtown will travel via NW 90th Street, 2nd Avenue NW, NW 92nd Street, 1st Avenue NW, NW 90th Street and Greenwood Avenue North to its regular route, using all posted bus stops along the revised routing.
