Another residential solar energy program is offering bulk-buying discounts in our neighborhood.
Go Solar Northwest will host a workshop from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Phinney Neighborhood Association. (This is a different program from Solarize Seattle: Northwest, which is another bulk buying discount program in the area that held an informational meeting at the PNA last week.)
Go Solar Northwest also is raising money for those affected by Hurricane Sandy. The company will donate $150-$650 from every solar energy system purchased to the Red Cross. It’s also accepting online donations from the public.
