The Phinney Neighborhood Association’s annual Winter Festival & Crafts Fair on Dec. 1-2 features 115 artists and crafts vendors, plus hundreds of musicians and dancers, a bake sale and a quilt raffle. More than 4,000 people are expected to shop for holiday gifts at the Winter Festival.

Arts and crafts run the gamut from garden art to hand-made clothing, housewares and children’s toys, while the entertainment ranges from souse to marimba, Appalachian cloggers, blue grass and Middle Eastern belly dancers.
Raffle tickets for the quilt are $1 and can be purchased now at the Phinney Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N., or at the Winter Festival. The drawing will be at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2; the winner does not need to be present to win.
The Winter Festival is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 1-2. Admission is $2 for PNA members and $4 for non-members. Children 12 and under are free.
