The Phinney Neighborhood Association’s annual Phabulous PhinneyWood Pig Out is on Thursday. Thirty neighborhood restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds to the PNA’s Hot Meal Program. So dine out early and often – breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, etc.
