Construction begins on development at former Leilani Lanes site

Construction has begun on the mixed-use development at the old Leilani Lanes site.

The developer proposes 263 residential units in three, four-story buildings, plus six live-work units, 212 enclosed parking spaces, and 3,900 square feet of commercial space at the site at 10201 Greenwood Ave. N.
