‘Spring Tree’ invites neighbors to ‘take something, give something’

by | Mar 26, 2012

The Spring Tree is back at the corner of NW 75th Street and 1st Avenue NW. Gail Gensler tells us the idea is to “take something, give something.”

The tree is currently covered with things like toys, necklaces, stuffed animals, dolls and flash cards. And neighbors keep it stocked with chocolates and dog biscuits.

There’s even a blog about the tree.
