Stray chicken found in neighborhood yard

Update: Paul says the owner of Velvet the chicken has taken her back home.
Earlier: Paul tells us that he and his wife found a stray chicken shivering in their yard near 97th Street and 1st Avenue on New Year’s Eve. If you think it’s yours, email him and describe the chicken.
