A creepy, creepy man tapped the window and loitered outside my apartment. he then proceeded to drop his pants and flash me. he was medium build, in his 30s or 40s, white and had on a white coloured shirt and a dark jacket. i filed a police report — the officer said there were other similar reports that night. this happened at phinney and 59th.
