Paula tells us that a black Thule storage box appeared on the parking strip in the 700 block of North 78th Street this morning.
It looks like someone not only ripped it off a vehicle (the two bars are still attached) but it’s been pried open. Distinguishing features – yellow sticker with ‘Lowlife onboard’ and a surfing shop sticker. All that remains inside are a couple of white socks and some other piece of clothing.
