The Phinney Neighborhood Association’s Gallery is asking for submissions for it 2010 Northwest Fine Arts Competition. Submissions will be accepted through July 24, and selected art will be displayed in the PNA’s upstairs Gallery from Oct. 6-29. The winning entry receives $300.
