Two people sent us photos of an accident at about 10:45 a.m. today in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven at the corner of North 59th Street and Phinney Avenue North.
Both photographers said it appeared an elderly gentleman hit the gas instead of the brake, slamming into the south wall of the Santa Fe Cafe. Fortunately, the man – and the building – were not damaged.
