Zak & Zoe dog boutique at 7400 Greenwood Ave. N. is having a Halloween costume contest for neighborhood pups all month long. Bring your doggie in to pose for a picture in their costume. Zak & Zoe will judge all photos on Oct. 31. The winner will receive a $30 gift certificate and a goodie bag. The two runners up will get a $10 gift certificate.
