Talk health care reform with your legislators

The 36th legislative delegation – Sen. Jeanne Kohl-Welles, Reps. Mary Lou Dickerson and Reuven Carlyle – will host a town hall at the end of the month with the chair of the Senate Health & Long-Term Care Committee, Sen. Karen Keiser, and the chair of the House Health Care & Wellness Committee, Rep. Eileen Cody.
The meeting will address current issues surrounding the health care debate, and Keiser and Cody will discuss the potential impact of federal health reform efforts on Washington residents.
The public meeting will be from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Ballard Swedish Medical Center, 5300 Tallman Ave., Room A on the 1st Floor. For more information, call Anne Burkland at 360-786-7078 or email her.
