The SoZo Indoor Playspace at 50th and Dayton was closed for the summer but reopens on Tuesday with a grand re-opening party.
SoZo (for south of the zoo) provides indoor playtime for kids 5 and under, every Tuesday and Thursday during the school year. The playspace has slides, teeter-totters, riding & climbing toys, up & down roller coaster, mini basketball hoops, multi-sized balls and more. New at the playspace is a bouncey house.
Their grand re-opening party on Tuesday and Thursday features balloons and refreshments. Admission is normally $2 per child, but is free this week. It’s open 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
SoZo is currently operating out of leased space in the Emmanuel Bible Church building at Dayton Avenue between 50th and 49th, just southwest of the Zoo’s south entrance.
