Carmelita, the vegetarian restaurant at 7314 Greenwood Ave. N., has been closed for remodeling since July 4th. These workers are installing a new bar along the east wall of the main dining room.
The sign on the door says they expect the remodeling to take about five days, meaning they should be back open at the end of this week. Their voicemail says they’re taking reservations for Friday. I’ve left a message asking for an update on their progress, so stay tuned.
