Update: The pug has been returned to his happy owner.
Tara just emailed to say that she found a small pug dog, about 15 pounds, heading south on Phinney Avenue by 58th St. She will keep him with her at her soon-to-open Hazel Salon & Organics at 5817 Phinney Ave. N., and while she runs errands today.
