Ballard is hosting the second of this year’s Seattle Summer Streets events from 4-7 p.m. along 22nd Avenue all the way to Bergen Park. Cascade Bicycle Club is essentially in charge of this event, with a number of bicycle-related activities and a big street party.
Greenwood/Phinney hosted the first Summer Streets party last month, with Phinney/Greenwood avenues closed from 65th to 87th streets.
