Taproot Theatre wants your mentor memories

by | Mar 5, 2009

Taproot Theatre is gathering community members’ memories of their mentors in advance of its production of “Tuesdays With Morrie,” which begins March 27. Just log into Taproot’s Mentor Memoirs blog, and answer the question: Who’s your Morrie?

Chances are you’ve had a mentor at some point in your life-perhaps he or she was a teacher who taught you about life, or someone who helped you find your footing as you started a career. Or maybe it was a family member or friend who took you under their wing and imparted their wisdom to you. How have you thanked him or her?

“Tuesdays with Morrie,” based on the best-selling autobiographical book by Mitch Albom, invites audience members to pull up a chair and join Mitch and his vibrant but terminally-ill professor, Morrie, for some of the greatest lessons life can offer.
