Childish Things, a store of new and used children’s items at 10002 Holman Rd., opened last fall, but it’s celebrating its Spring Grand Opening Sunday from 12-4 p.m.
From 12-1 p.m. you can get a chair massage while your kids play in the store’s play area. From 2:30-3 p.m. it’s French story time by Polly-Glot Tots. From 3-4 p.m., award-winning performer and childhood music educator Brian Vogan will play music from his Little Songs CD. Also from 3-4 p.m., there’s a special guest appearance by the Binky Fairy, sponsored by Little People Parties. The Binky Fairy will collect pacifiers from big kids who no longer need them, and will give them a small gift in return.
Refreshments will be served all afternoon, and social networking site Momslikeme.com is providing gift bags to the first 50 customers.
