New building to replace Roosters, Daily Planet?

by | Dec 12, 2008

It looks like plans are moving forward to tear down the building that’s home to Daily Planet Antiques and the recently opened Roosters Breakfast Club to make way forĀ a four-story mixed-use building.

Notices have gone up on the building on the southeast corner of Phinney Avenue North and North 61st Street describing a plan for street-level businesses and 19 residential units, with underground parking for 23 vehicles.

Comments on the plan may be submitted through 12/24. Thanks, James for the tip!
