Cobblestone still open – for now

by | Oct 8, 2008

The North Seattle Herald-Outlook reports that the owners of Cobblestone Used Furniture have put their retirement plans on hold after being unable to find a tenant for their site at 8404 Greenwood Ave. N.
According to the Herald-Outlook, the owners of Mud Bay Granary, just across the street and up a block, were in negotiations to lease the space when everything fell apart. Mud Bay’s building at 8221 Greenwood Ave. N. is for sale.

Our August 31 post on Cobblestone discussed the $19 per square foot rental rate for the 3,386 square foot space.
