‘Closed’ Couth Buzzard still open, for now

by | Aug 23, 2008

We noticed that the Couth Buzzard used bookstore next to Ken’s Market was open today. You may remember that the Buzzard said that last weekend was its last, but it looks like they’re trying to sell the remaining inventory at reduced prices. So if you haven’t already, stop on by. The Buzzard must be cleared out of its space for the Ken’s Market expansion by September 1st.
Update: The Seattle Times has a story on the Buzzard today.
By the way, the Phinney Market closed for good last night as promised. One of the signs on the door confirms that financial troubles were to blame.
