Welcome New Neighbors to Homestead at Woodland View

Join a celebration of new affordable homes coming to Phinney Ridge!

Homestead Community Land Trust and Seattle YIMBY are partnering to bring you an engaging and educational event. The New Woodland View community, located at 5819 Phinney Ave N, is an innovative offering of homes, most of which are governed under the community land trust model. In addition to exploring the building and home layouts, the event will explore how these homes will remain affordable across generations through community stewardship. The event will also discuss the opportunities and challenges in welcoming new residents in an exclusive neighborhood. The other homeownership community opening up in Phinney Ridge offered by Homestead is called Nest.
