Tai Chi Class

Wednesdays from 10:30am to 11:45am beginning March 12 through April 23

My class will focus on teaching students the classical Tai Chi set within the context of a 21st century sensibility. I will provide examples of Tai Chi movements you can practice at home as you begin to learn the sequence of movements in the Tai Chi set.

Through practice, Tai Chi will enable you to improve your balance, posture, strength, flexibility, peace of mind and ability to cope with stress. You will learn how better to nurture and cultivate your energy, not squander it. Practically, this means you likely will feel more energetic after class than you did before class.

My class is suitable for both beginning and experienced students of all ages and those with physical limitations as well those seeking a very physically challenging experience. Classes will be at the Phinney Center Blue Building in Room 2.

I (Robert Friedman) have practiced Tai Chi for over 40 years and taught Tai Chi for almost 10 years. To register, please email me at [email protected].
