Phinney Ridge Homeownership In-person Information Session

Join us for an in-person information session to learn more about Woodland View and Nest, two new homeownership opportunities coming to the heart of Phinney Ridge, on Tuesday, February 17, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Greenwood Senior Center.

During this session, we’ll walk through the different paths to ownership at each project, including income-qualified affordable homes and market-rate homes. Attendees will learn about pricing ranges, eligibility requirements for income-qualified homes, the purchasing process, and the next steps to take if you’re interested in applying or submitting an offer with Homestead Community Land Trust.

Whether you’re actively looking to buy or simply exploring your options, this session will provide a clear overview and the opportunity to ask questions directly with the project team.
