PEPS Group for Parents of Teens “understanding the Science: Connect with your Tween (10-12 years old)

Let’s navigate the teen years together! This in-person group meets for 2 hours for 4 consecutive weeks to discuss topics related to understanding the science behind the changes we see in our tweens:

Week1: Foundations of Parenting Adolescents
Week 2: Adolescent Brain Development
Week 3: Effectively Communicating with Adolescents
Week 4: Parent Stress and Coping

When: starting 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19
