Our dance fitness classes at the Phinney Center are ongoing, and you can join anytime — please pre-register on our website!
Feel lighter, stronger, and get an undeniable mood burst after 40 minutes of high-intensity, dance-based cardio followed by strength training, balance, and mobility work.
Our inspiring instructors cue you through a workout that will be “just right” for you — we offer low and high impact options. All ages, all fitness levels, and all bodies are welcome. Join us for joyful dance-based workouts that make you GLOW!
*Weekday morning classes meet Mon-Wed-Fri at the Phinney Center (blue building) – 9:15 am.
*Saturday morning classes meet at the Greenwood Senior Center (Greenwood Room) – 8:30 am.
*Jazzercise evening classes (Tues-Wed-Thurs) meet at the Phinney Center (blue building) – 5:30 pm.
