Compassionate Communication Level 2: Deepening (Nonviolent Communication – NVC) – In-person Workshop

A Center for Restorative Solutions Seattle presents a one-day workshop for anyone who has some prior experience with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and wants to build confidence and go deeper.

This session revisits and expands on foundational NVC skills through a mix of teaching, experiential exercises, and community practice. Participants will explore how NVC principles intersect with the ways we frame the world and the power structures that shape our life experiences — building greater choice and intention in how we engage with others.

Led by facilitator Pam Orbach, this workshop is a continuation for those who’ve completed an introductory NVC training, though anyone with a basic understanding of the model is welcome.
