Cardio Sculpt Dance Fitness Class

Cardio Sculpt at Seattle Jazzercise is a 55-minute dance fitness workout that includes strength training, stretching, and core conditioning. Feel lighter, stronger, and happier with dance-based cardio that improves heart health, tones muscles, and gives an energizing mood boost.

We show low impact and high-intensity options so every BODY succeeds in our classes. Ages 18-80!

Classes are ongoing at the Phinney Center (blue building) and meet Mon-Wed-Fri 9:15 am and Tues/Wed evenings.
