Strategic Living LLC, Safety and Self-Defense Training

Strategic Living offers self-defense classes and programs for individuals, six-week courses, one-hour seminars, and classes geared specifically to women, teens and young children. We also offer trainings at work sites. You can expect to learn these four essential safety skills:
